Anyway, as AHEM hamster trainer of h1 Rossi, i have devised a new diet and a new form of training for Rossi when he comes back to me.

Diet :

morning : water

: bean sprouts

: carrots
all minced up into little pieces.


Afternoon : snack - sunflower seeds

: bits of cabbages


Dinner : Hamster Feed

: water


Training is going to be tough every one so listen carefully.

Running on the wheel for 10 mins
circuit training 1/2 an hour
ball training 1h
food training 5 mins
and this whole practice will be repeated 5 times through out the day


after training Rossi is going to have a nice bath in the sand that we bought, it 'll make him smell like Jasmine. And the new rasberry hamster body spray will get rid of all the bad odour that Rossi has

long weekend

rossi is really doing well doing more turns then ever , his carrot diet is really boosting his stamina for some reasons. He is hyperactive at night running in the ball around the entire house, i always have troubles finding him. He is exactly like that ferrari car ont he blog. Attractive , appealing , sexy and likeable and most of all fast and furious;)

rossi is definitely going to win the race , who else can beat a hamster this good , this fast and this hardworking and determined in his training . Especially with a trainer like me :) You can be sure i 'll train his guts out my fellow team members. So 4h and miss tan watch out for rossi .

Rossi loves eating beansprouts!! this gives him an excellent boost of energy :) today's training schedule for rossi is running. We put Rossi in her running ball for half and hour to increase his stamina. This way Rossi would definitely be able to run through the long circuit. Rossi seems really happy today, runnimng on the treadmill and playing with his other companion. Through this entire week of training, we intend to have an increment in his weight so that he can be more muscular and train his stamina dn his speed so that he can be the ultimate winner in the race.
